RENTAL POLICIES
Rental Duration Details:
Half Day (4-Hours): (Start at 9 am – Return at 1 pm) | (Start at 2pm – Return at 6pm)
Full Day (8-Hours): Start at 9 am – Return at 5 pm
Late Return Charges
$50 per unit if the UTV is brought back up to 1 hour late from return time.
$125 per unit if the UTV is brought back up to 2 hours late from return time.
Full day rental charge if the UTV is brought back more than 2 full hours late from return time.
Operating Requirements:
All rentals are provided with one full tank of gas. Please refuel prior to returning with non-ethanol fuel (Mobil Station in Arco)!
All drivers and passengers must sign a liability waiver prior to rental period beginning.
All operators must purchase our $40/day insurance policy with each rental.
You must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license to rent and operate a UTV. The license must be presented on the day of your rental. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are unable to present your driver's license on the day of your rental, you will not be permitted to operate the vehicle.
Passenger Requirements:
Seatbelts must be worn at all times . All passengers must wear a helmet and fasten it properly.
